Does anyone have a solution for eye glasses irritating skin behind the ears where the ear piece rests?
My 14 y/o stepdaughter got glasses for the first time about 2 months ago. She has complained off and on about soreness on the skin where the ear pieces rest. I have taken her back (twice) to the place where we purchased the eye glasses and had them adjusted, but she is still complaining, I have seen a minimal redness, but not much. Any help is much appreciated!
The glasses still need to be adjusted or the arm of the frame is not suited for her ear. Ear pieces all fit differently some go straight back while others curve. I would continue to get them adjusted until they fit. They may not want to make them too lose (they may slide around too much)so they may just be doing minor adjustments each time
