Boy do I have concerns with the Phillies. THe pitching staff is not very good, Hamels is going to be fine, Myers is decent, Moyer is 104 years old and only throws it 22 MPH, Eaton absolutely BLOWS and Kendrick is a relatively unknown quantity, part of a season does nto make a star! Now that is the GOOD part of the pitching staff, have you seen this Bullpen...to quote the movie Major League; "Their SH**Y!" This is possibly the worst group I have seen assembled on one team in a long time, the trainer will have to deal with so many neck soreness problems from them trying to see where that ball landed that I think they may have to expand the training staff. I will never understand why with so many holes in the pitching staff and they address one need, closer, with a guy that really has not had his head on right for a while and then look at the offense by signing Feliz to replace the production of Rowand. The other glaring probelm is that to duplicate the production of last year will be tough as several guys had career years and may never duplicate them again.
Then there is the GLARING problem of the Manager, they won last year in spite of Uncle Charlie not because of him!
