Where to buy blank notepads, that I can feed individually through a printer to personalize.?
QVC has a set of three notepads, software, and ribbon to make personalized notepads. I do not need the software or the ribbon, but I need something like the notepads that they sell. I want to buy a lot of them in bulk and make personalized notepads. I'm not sure you can buy "notepads" that have separate pages you can feed through a printer.
But you could easily make your own notepads by printing your own pages first, then making them into notepads (using padding compound or white glue), or by making them into tie-able "notepads" like the ones they're selling (which aren't really notepads in the traditional meaning of the word).
You could cut the pages individually, or up to about 5 at a time, with a good paper cutter.
Or you could take a (large) stack of papers to Kinko's/etc and have them make the cuts for you (used to be $1 per cut, so would probably be $2 for you and the tallest stack they will handle--your stack might include pages for several eventual notepads to save money). Cutting that way will usually make the smoothest edges when the pages are stacked for a pad.
If you made the tied stacks of paper like QVC is selling, you'll also need to make the holes yourself or have Kinko's/etc make them for you.
Then they could be tied with all kinds of fibers/ribbon, etc., etc.:
If you want to actually make true notepads (so each sheet can be cleanly ripped off one at a time), the instructions for making a stack of sheets into that kind of notepad using padding compound or just a permanent white glue (which can also be tinted various colors if you want), are on this page of my site:
