You probably will not make much money. Bodybuilders not on steroids compete in what is called a 'tested competition' or show. meaning they test for steroids. Otherwise it is understood, but unsaid that you are allowed to take steroids. There are some good novice divisions where you can compete as a first time contestant. These can be a lot of fun. But if you do not go pro, which not many do, you won't make much, if any money. However it may not be too difficult to get sponsored by a nutrition company and get all kinds of free products in return for endorsements and passing out their merchandise samples.
