Help making a Teen Titans Raven costume in time for Halloween?
I figured all I really need is the right hooded cloak and a long sleeve turtle neck leotard..Think is...these are so hard to find for me!

I searched online at Spirit halloween and Party City for a good hooded cloak for around 20$ preferably dakr blue...no good..
Plus I can't find a dance studio in my area that sells leotads..
If I somehow find the leotard I need at a low price but not the cloak i might just make it, How expensive would it be to buy as much fabric needed for a long hooded cloak? (from Joaan's probably)

Why not purchase the leotard online? At least you can get it that way.
Raven's leotard is more of a dark, navy blue color or maybe even black or a dark purple. I'm not to sure what it is.

The gems, I heard someone saying that they used a red colored object (why not use a ball and cut it in half, or). Then glued yellow yarn/ribbon around each one and then connected it with yellow ribbons but you can make a gold chain belt and connect each one by it.
