i condition with organic roots stimlator hair mayo (protein cond.)
then i condition with carol's daughter black vanilla hair smoothie conditioner( moisturizing conditioner)
Then i use a leave in conditioner
Then use organic roots stimlator carrot oil (cream) as a moisturizer
Then use carol's daughter hair milk to moisturize
After that i seal it in with an oil from carol's daughter
I dont use heat at all . To straigthten my hair i would roller set it.
Also i tie my hair up each night with a silk scarf.
I take a multi vitamin everyday too.
Is this good ? im trying to get at least 2-3 inches of growth
OMG! That is way to many steps and products. I used the carols daughter oil with the smoothie first when I wet my hair it made it extremely soft then I washed it and put the smoothie on again. It sounds like your over doing it with the products and washing every week. I can't see that making your hair grow any faster than a wash shampoo condition when needed unless your hair collects a lot of dirt and oil.
Your hair will grow as long you leave it alone! Don't keep washing and combing or playing in it just leave it alone.
I noticed when I had a natural the more it grew the shorter it looked due to the tightening of the curls what we call nappy hair! The only way I could really see the growth is to two strand twist it and now I am locking it up.
