Ray ban wayfarers as perscription glasses?
This coming fall Im getting a new pair of glasses... I have to decide if i should get a pair of normal perscription glasses (with a normal frame, or a pair of sun/perscription wayfarers for when i drive
so i was thinking what if i got the ray ban wayfarer frame... but put in Transitions lenses instead of the normal lenses?
but would thta look stupid?
would it be fashionable???

I think you could totally do that, the Wayfarer frames, especially with the Transitions lenses, whenever you go outside, you automatically become cool! I'm a guy and I had Wayfarer frames with prescription lenses for many years (they hadn't even invented Transitions yet) I had them with Photo-grey lenses. It was unclear from your question whether you had located a source of the frame or not, so please disregard if you already know where to get them. I think the Ray Ban RX-5121 is what you are looking for; you can get them on www.go-optic.com for about $100 (frames only), there may be other sites that have them cheaper, so look around. If you look on the site www.zennioptical.com, they have knock-offs which are a LOT cheaper and look pretty similar to wayfarers, so if you think you won't wear them very much, maybe get the cheap ones.
