Where is the love that Christians speak about? Don Imus made a comment about some female basketball players being nappy headed hos.

Does that call for him to be fired? What glory or satisfaction is achieved by taking away someone's livelihood? If he did something wrong, which I do not believe he did, then does that mean that he should be forever condemned?

Throughout this whole thing, I did not see the love of Christ portrayed by the basketball team, media, sponsors or Imus.

I did however hear Imus's wife who asked that all those supporting Imus to stop sending hate mail to the basketball team but rather direct the mail to her husband.

Why do we not hear more about such a wonderful, Christian gesture?
I know I distinctly called the "gesture" Christian. One need not be a Christian to show Christian love. Jews as well as any other religion can extend gestures that are Christlike....
