how to lose five pounds in one week?
i NEED to lose five pounds by next wednesday. so how can i lose five pounds in about a week? this is REALLY important to me! i'm going shopping next wednesday, and then i'm going to a swimming party on friday, so i have to lose five pounds!
the only exercise equipment like things i have at my house are a stationary bike and the Wii Fit game. as for food, i have healthy stuff like bananas, V8 fusion juice, etc.
Oh, I absolutely love the stationary bike. You can easily burn 300 calories in half an hour if you go fast enough and it's amazing for the legs.
To lose it fast, drink a cup of V8 fusion or eat a banana for breakfast. For lunch have some veggies, a salad would work, and a glass of milk. Milk may have useless calories, but it makes you muscles lean so you look slimmer. For dinner have some sort of protein, like chicken.
