The lenses are photochromatic, and all in all my favourite. They top out the Ray-Ban's that I've had in the past.
I couldn't agree with you more. The Serengeti Driver lenses is really the best I have used. They have the Driver Gradient, which they say is made for pilots, but I haven't seen them in any stores and can't say anything about them one way or another. As far as style, that is all a matter of personal preference. The lens is what is important, and Serengeti did a great job. I have uses some Ray-bans, and the pilot something-anothers from the Kings catalog which they say is the best. I gave my Ray-bans away (I think my dad ended up with them) and lucky only borrowed the ones from the King catalog. Not that they were bad, but I wouldn't want to pay $150 for them.
As far as the frames go, I like the Granada. I don't remember what mine are called, I just looked at their website and those look a lot like mine. The Aviators work well, but I just can't bring myself to wear a pair of those ugly things.
