Is wearing white after labor day still a fashion no no?

I'm only asking because I saw this white wool coat that I would love to buy. It's obviously a winter coat. But I didn't know if that was still the fashion rule. I don't know if it makes a difference but it snows where I live in the winter. Thanks in advance.

Maybe it is. But do you want to know what's more of a fashion "no no"? Not wearing what you love because you think there's a rule against it.
