Store won't let me return sunglasses?
I bought Armani Exchange sunglasses from Sunglass Station this past weekend and I wore them once, for like 10 minutes. I found they didn't fit right after actually wearing them around, so I wanted to return them.
The return policy for the store was that they made me initial the receipt to show that I checked the sunglasses were free from scratches or defects; if I wanted to return the sunglasses they'd have to be in perfect condition.
The sunglasses were in perfect condition when I brought them back to the store, I made sure of it. The lady working there was cleaning them with a cloth to check for scratches and she told me there was a scratch on the very bottom, near the frame, so I can't return it. I'm pretty sure that scratch was put there by her cleaning them because it wasn't there before. She gave me a phone number for her boss, but my friend says I should call the bank about it. What should I do? I really need my money back.
well if they were expensive sunglasses i would go back to the store and DEMAND refund and if they dont give the money back then just keep fighting for it and if they still dont then call her boss or whatever but i got something for christmas and it was expensive and it broke it wouldnt turn on and we took it back but they wouldnt unless i bought another one and me and my friend didnt leave till they did. they didnt but they gave us a gift card with the amount of money on it so if they were expensive just do that or asked for a card
