What Could I Paint To Make the Background In a Picture Frame Blue?
So for Valentine's Day I am going to get an 18x24 picture frame and put a letter I am writing and a little over a dozen photos in. My plan is to have the background royal blue to match his room, with my letter glued onto whatever is painted blue in the center and pictures scattered around the letter of him and I. But I don't know what I could do to make the background blue? If I just used the little paper with the picture on it and paint over it, it will wrinkle, and if I use material I'm afraid it will show in the back or wrinkle as well, or show how it is attached through the material.
So what could I do?

Why not find the color you need at a craft store? They have all sizes, all colors for making signs, scrap booking, whatever. There's some pretty sturdy cardboard type paper there...would that work? Or if you use material, just get some fabric spray and attach the fabric to a sturdy backing as the background--smooth it out taut when placing it down. It shouldn't wrinkle.
