how do i make my hair grow LONGER?

I'm thirteen years old and my hair is only chin length. i was wondering what i can do to make it grow longer. Here's a little background information:
im african american
i brush my hair everyday,multiple times.
i moisturize my hair with softee bergamot grease for dry hair.
my hair is natural.
i don't overload on products. i don't really need any.
i only flat iron my hair about twice to three times a month.sometimes not at all.
when my hair is wet, i use a wide tooth comb instead of a brush to prevent breakage.
i brush my hair with a paddle brush.
i do have split ends but i don't want to get my hair cut because the it will be too short to style without a relaxer.
my hair isn't colored but before school starts i plan to bleach it and dye it pink or blue.
i wash and condition my hair once a week.
on hot days i use conditioner as my styling agent.
please use the Information to help me grow my hair AT LEAST an inch before school starts back in two months.

1) You don't have to brush your hair everyday. That's extra manipulation. Brush it as less as possible. I personally detangle once a week.. just read that you were natural. Yup. Only once a week.
2) Grease and oils don't "moisturize" you need a water-based product. Oils and grease just seal in the moisture and prevent it from evaporating. Try a leave-in conditioner instead
3) Avoid products with mineral oil and petroleum
4) When your hair is dry *do not touch it* only do your combing when your hair is wet and loaded with conditioner
5) Get your hair cut. You can trim it yourself. Here's a tutorial: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Q1tTBvALmM if you don't trim your hair will keep splitting up the shaft and breaking off so it will seem like it isn't growing.
6) Make sure your hair is HEALTHY and look at your moisture/protein balance (read here: http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/278612/the_fine_art_of_protein_and_moisture.html?cat=69 ) and get it balanced before you bleach.
7) As a natural you should be wetting your hair more often than once a week. You can wash it with conditioner only if you'd like. Do not let your hair dry out. When it dries out it's going to break off so if it's dry wet it or apply leave-in conditioner.

10) You can use internal growth aids such as vitamins, eating healthy, working out and external ones such as massaging your scalp, using peppermint oil mixed with a carrier oil (olive, jojoba, coconut, castor, avocado) on your scalp or using cayenne pepper mixed with a carrier oil on the scalp to name a few.
