My shirt is too big! how small will it be if i wash it?
I got two shirts for school uniforms and their so big! its one size larger then i usually wear... I wear a size youth large and it shrunk and it fits perfectly but they didn't have any yL so i bought a Youth XL will it shrink to a size large?
its 60% cotton and 40% polyester
Yeh, your best is to take them back to the store and then shop around to find your size.
I'm not too sure how much shrinkage will occur if you wash the shirt with the 60% cotton blend, but when an item is 100% cotton it is going to shrink awhole lot and you would be able to tell.
Anyway, you are better off exchanging the School uniform shirts, just to be sure. You see, if you wash the shirts and it doesn't shrink enough, you will be stuck with unused shirts, so try to take them back to the store first.
