Heat Gear and Cold Gear. What is the difference?
Cold Gear takes moisture and heats your body up, right?
What does Heat Gear do? Correct me, if I'm wrong about the Cold Gear
They both "wick moisture" away from your body. The heat gear also allows air to flow through and heat to escape, giving you a dry cool feeling along your skin under it. The cold gear is more of a mesh (waffle type) insulation design kind of like a thinner more dense version of the old thermal underwear that holds heat from escaping. Both really seem to work very well, but the cold gear took me a lot of adjustment because I hate the feeling of having something tight on my neck. It also fits tight enough that your upper arms tend to "tingle" for a while when you take it off after wearing it for a few hours or more.
