Jetting a 2006 Honda TRX450ER with light modifications?

I have a bone stock 2006 TRX450ER that I just made some light modifications to.

I need some help with jetting from someone who has made the same or similar mods to the same quad.

My modifications are, I removed the stock exhaust baffle/spark arrestor and replaced with a billet cap and arrestor screen and removed the stock airbox lid and replaced with a PRO-TEC MOFLOW lid.
Everything else is completely stock.

I read in Dirtwheels Magazine for their "Project Tightwad" budget build TRX with similar mods, they used a 185 main jet and a 45 pilot jet and turned the mixture screw 1.5 turns out.

Will this be sufficient?

I run my quad at varing altitudes from sea level to up to 6000ft in about 70+ degrees ambient temp.
Mostly at Sand Mountain, NV though if that helps.

dirtwheels, love that magazine!! if you did similar mods on what DW did on it's project then it should be right, 1 thing is for sure and that is you will always have to adjust your fuel/air screw in every time you go so many feet above sea level (thinner air) or else it will run rich.
