Is it okay if I wear my Gothic Lolita Jumper Skirt without a Blouse?
I recently bought my first Gothic Lolita two-piece set from Candy Violet and I am planning to wear it to Animefest. The dress is adorable and the top is nice and modest, however, many believe that without a blouse, the jumper skirt is not "Lolita." Here is a link as to what the dress looks like:

I believe that the dress is perfectly modest and cute enough without a blouse, but I wanted to know what other people (those who have more knowledge of the Gothic Lolita and Lolita styles) think. Please give me an honest answer, as I would like to properly follow the heart and style of Lolita.
Lolita is partly about not showing too much skin. The jumper is sleeveless, and therefore should be worn with a blouse. If the place where you are wearing it is hot, a short sleeved blouse is good and acceptable.
