Changing to sterling silver nose stud?
I got my nose pierced in April. It has healed well and I've changed the jewelry, but have stayed with the 316L stainless steel. I have some really cute sterling silver studs, but is it safe to wear them now? How soon after putting a sterling silver stud in would I have any kind of allergic reaction?
ok, I'm sorry, perhaps I should have labeled my question with "no trolls".
Yeah it's safe now, I got my nose redone for the 3rd time in April and it only needs to stay in about 4 to 6 weeks for it to heal depending on the person. You should probably know within a day or so if you're having a reaction. I really would suggest not using a "bone" nose ring, the kind with the ball on the end, because it's not good for your nose when you change it, the best thing to do to avoid ripping open the hole is cut the end off with pliers. I would use one with a screw so you'll be able to change it and take it out when you want. Good luck, hope I helped ♥
